The process begins with an initial application, then our staff will contact you to set up an in-person consultation where each patient will meet with their physician to discuss their health concerns, medical history, and goals.

The consultation will be followed by a comprehensive medical evaluation, which may include advanced diagnostic tests, such as blood work, imaging studies, and genetic testing. After the evaluation is complete, your doctor and nurse will develop a personalized care plan tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
